Thirteen years ago, I worked for Tulika Publishers as Art Editor. One Saturday afternoon, after everybody in the office had gone home, I wrote a short story in a burst of inspiration. On Monday, the chief Ed read it and told me, "You write better than anybody else here." Whether that was true or pure kindness on her part, we will never know. But that served as great motivation. I wrote another short story, just to delight the good editors there. If you have the Big Ben and the Tower of Pisa, you may read the two stories at Hubpages, where I write as Kenny Wordsmith. Also, every artist is an exhibitionist and wants his art to be seen, enjoyed and appreciated. And the sooner, the better. Publishing online is best for both of us. I write, you smile, I write more. I promise to post every Saturday evening, making it a kind of Saturday Evening Post. I promise that the reading will be as light as the balloon that I am.
